If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!
For new curriculum/merchandise, we offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase/receiving your order. With receipt, you can return your product for store credit, an exchange, or a refund to the original payment method. Returned items must have price tags still on (if applicable) and returned in original packaging/in original condition. Returned items must have no signs of wear or use.
For used/pre-owned items, with original receipt, item can be returned for store credit within 7 days of purchase. To initiate a return or exchange, bring the item in during normal business hours or complete the following steps:
- Email your order number to email@example.com Indicate which item(s) you would like to return.
- Indicate if there was something wrong with the product.
- Bring item back to the store or send item(s) back to us at 304 State St., Algoma, WI 54205
Additional Information: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If you receive a product that is damaged, please email firstname.lastname@example.org your order number and photos of the damage.
